At Hawkwood Group, we know that in an era of escalating geopolitical conflict, the security of personnel abroad is facing an unprecedented threat. Forged through partnerships with leading NGO's, our reputation and success in high-threat environments has led us to become the trusted operational choice for other humanitarian organizations, as well as for private and corporate clients.
Our success is built on a dual foundation of intelligence.

Trust us to handle intricate kidnap and ransom scenarios, to include:

A highly specialized service for sensitive cases involving state-actors, succeeding where conventional methods have failed.

Our strength lies in our people.
Our operators, analysts, and negotiators are drawn exclusively from elite intelligence organizations such as the FBI, CIA, NSA and the senior ranks of the U.S. Military Special Operations community. This blend of expertise provides an unmatched level of capability with experience gained across 5 continents in some of the worlds harshest regions where conflict abounds.
All operations are conducted under a strict ethical and legal framework in compliance with U.S. and international laws. Every mission is reviewed and monitored by our General Counsel, a retired two-star U.S. Army Major General, ensuring the highest standards of conduct and peace of mind for our clients.
Our operational tempo is extensive, including 175 sensitive operations between 2014 - 2025, alone. This work includes exfil's, evacuations, recoveries, rescues and negotiation's to release captives being held by adversaries in Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central and South America and Europe. Our sustained engagement globally has produced significant results. See below.
*For Operational Security reasons we do not list successes within the US or Central and South America. Our successes do not include posting photos or stories on social media, thus re-traumatizing the survivors, nor are they ever posted in real time.

To combat trafficking, abduction, kidnapping, and exploitation of victims across the globe through strategic investigations and intelligence gathering leading to rescue/recovery operations and expert negotiations.

Hawkwood Foundation fills the critical gaps in global anti-trafficking efforts. Our specialized global teams comprised of assets, sources and networks, conduct specialized investigations, high-risk rescues, and in-country negotiations to free captives.

Hawkwood Foundation has pursued two critical missions: rescuing captives of human trafficking and countering religious minority persecution. With over 15 years of frontline experience across 5 continents, our organization was designed from the ground up to operate within complex, high-threat contexts where few others can.

Across the globe, criminal and extremists networks are becoming more sophisticated. We work with nations to dismantle the networks behind these crimes by targeting organized crime syndicates, insurgency groups, and terrorist organizations responsible for human trafficking, kidnapping, exploitation and abduction.

Our operational footprint spans: The Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, North, Central and South America.

The demanding mission rests on the caliber and dedication of our team. We are comprised of seasoned professional with decades of collective experience drawn from the highest levels of national and international security, military and law enforcement.
With experience across diverse geopolitical landscapes, we adapt our strategies in real time deploying quickly to meet urgent needs and navigate cross-border operations.
Our teams conduct unconventional investigative operations working with national police forces where possible in cross-border matters to locate missing, abducted, and trafficked children.
Based on actionable intelligence, our teams lead or support recovery operations to extract children from high-risk environments. Operations may involve local partnerships and, when needed professional hostage negotiation.
We target the most dangerous actors: organized crime, insurgent groups, and terrorist organizations. These groups often operate with impunity in unstable regions, using advanced systems to traffick and exploit children. This includes organ trafficking and child soldier recrutiment.
